Thicken-Up is a ready-to-use guar gum thickener for foodstuffs. It is made out of guar beans which is a vegetable for human consumption in Asia. In the rest of the world guar gum is used as a stiffener, as a stabilizer and as a meat binder. In Europe it's known as E412. Thicken-Up is a natural, vegetable thickener with a neutral taste. The partial gehydroliseerd Thicken-Up regulate the bowel functioning and the health of the bowel system.
To be used for the realisation of the desired structure of lori nectar, the stabilisation of emulsions of unsolved ingredients at the liquid stage. Thicken-Up does not thickens afterwards and is economic in use.
